Glenn:

if a user is looking for Stucco Expansion Joints or Tilt-up Concrete Reveals

they may not know or think to use Wall Material Region

If they do a search in the user manual and can't find
Stucco Expansion Joints or Tilt-up Concrete Reveals

then they might assume Chief can't handle them etc

so maybe all that is needed is a setting or dropbox in the Wall Material Region dbx
for these ???

notice I did say "potential" workaround

if only a few users need these then CA shouldn't do anything

if they are commonly needed then ???
