CTRL-S for Save and CTRL-W for Close are the commonly used hot keys that we replaced them with in V7. These are commonly used in most other applications. Save All goes back to pre V7 days when Save only saved the current floor. Save All was removed as a command and F3 was mapped to Save at that time with CTRL-S as the documented hot key. We left F3 in at the time with the idea that we would probably eventually remove it.
As Keith pointed out we decided to remove the duplicate key mappings with the new customizable hot keys.Doug Park
