Without a foundation, Terrain under the building is set at the bottom of the floor joists. With a foundation, it is set at 6" below the top of foundation. I'm thinking that without a foundation, chief only adds the floor joist height (12), and forgets about the extra 6" which would account for my error of 6".

I didn't bother with a foundation - had others things to do at the time
but Scott demanded a reply and now he can't even review my plans

Lew, what do you mean no average, isn't that what Doug referred to? A few posts back you said we could not change the TP, then you said you put it at zero, and now you say you set it at 20'. Lew, I posted a picture of what I would like to see, can't you post a picture of what you did. 20£ says your plan view is wrong.

You want me to can the attitude, well please stay on topic, if you have any questions go back to post #1. Post #1 has two requests, nobody has addressed the tasks. That is the point of he thread, post #1, two requests, easy peasy.

So what s the answer Lew, what is the average elevation I Should use. Let me see, I have asked you this same question 4 times and you have not given me an answer. I will not download you plan until i get an answer .
