Crown Return

I'm just full of questions these days. I saw a thread from a year and a half ago about this, but since version 10 I don't know if there's an easier way to apply a crown return. Do I need to create a room molding polyline, and draw an L for the crown return, or is there an automatic way?

I've no idea why that little bit of green is on the lower ceiling.
