Adding Library Text Notes

The builder has sent a DWG (AC2000) that has all text for construction notes for Maryland. What is the process for importing these notes into a plan and then storing them in the library as a CAD block where they can be used in any future layouts and be editable.

The library has a text set called "Responsibility" in the library
under Cad blocks -- notes & legends -- disclaimers

How can we create these MD notes in the same manner ?

This is for ver 9.54,

hopefully V10 will be the same but I'm not using V10 for any work until the beta testing stops.

Lew if the file is a dwg file how about importing it into a cad detail with a specific name, then i would try blocking it open the dbx window and name it to what you want and add it to the lib in a folder that you want to keep your text in. HTH
