    Library Download

    My problem is when I am trying to download the library, though the internet connection is present then also it is not downloading it is showing the browser for local file , please tell me some one what to do

    my version is X3, previously it was downloading but presently it is not downloading, I have re-installed it but also it is not downloading, I am working this from last six month, I do not know how to get tech support, please help me

    sorry X3's library was such a convolted mess
    I'm not sure where to begin

    It's a nightmare that I have wiped from memory

    try support@chieftalk.com - you can send now
    but they are only open M-F

    or check CA's website for tech support phone #
    however, since you have an older version - support will require a fee

    maybe someone who still has X3 can help ?
