I never use the floor camera so I missed this. I always use the FULL CAMERA which essentially gives you the same thing. I did copy his plan into a new file and all was well with the FLOOR CAMERA, it must be something unique to his individual plan file. A quick fix to his plan is to add an invisible wall from his half wall to the wall between kitchen & bath.

Mike,
When I draw four walls with a railing wall in the middle in a new plan it shows up in Floor camera. Open a new plan and draw four walls with a railing wall inside and use the Floor camera (do you see the railing wall). You may have to start over
or just do not use the Floor camera, use the full camera instead. Send it in to tech support.William Page Architects A.I.A.

Correct, that is what we see. Now use the "Floor Camera" and see if you still see the wall.

Yes, I can't make it show up in Floor Camera view. The file I uploaded had it as a pony wall because I had changed from railing trying to see if that worked. Nope. I have since deleted the wall and rebuilt as a railing setting handrail and balusters to minimum so it looks like a wall. I've tried assigning different layers, different wall types, ...??

Well, I've moved on from this iteration and have to get some work done. I'll just use full camera for now.
Thanks for all the help.

Follow up:
3D View Defaults. Unchecked box <Restrict Floor Camera to Room>
Now my pony wall shows up. Go figure.
