How to remove wall materials from interior walls?

I am designing a Storage Building for a client. The inside of the walls are going to be exposed framing. How do I remove the wall material form the inside of an exterior wall to show this?

set the interior wall layer(s) to a transparent material

Just create another exterior wall type

If you do this, don't forget to build framing and make sure that layer is turned on or there will be no studs to see.
