Outsourcing - India

Does anyone have any experience or contacts with outsourcing Chief drawings in India?

Not with Chief, and not to India, but I have outsourced Autocad work - Although, I have not had great success outsourcing to other countries in general. I did find someone through this site who is drafting my plans and does a great job at a great price - I would stick with US, as communication is simply too hard.
