Advanced Deck Framing Tool Icon Lost/ Found

Ran into something today, thought I'd share here.

The "advanced deck framing" tool icon would not appear, even though I had a "DECK" room proper. Other tools available, but not that.

After much effort, searching here, and contacting Tech Support, I find that this "advanced deck framing" tool will not appear when you have any room defined below it. (In this case I did have a room below, defined with invisible walls, to give a step-down footer to some adjacent foundation walls on the foundation plan.)

Tested the before/ after of this effect by breaking the invisible walls on the room below, and "Voila !", magically the icon appeared for the deck above.

Hope this may help save you time/ trouble.
