    Roof texture alignment

    Hi, I put the same texture to 2 differents roof planes but the textures are not right aligned, I created a new texture for one of the plane and tried to move it using offset parameter but nothing append. Why ?

    I made some other test and found that the texture offsets are affecting the walls textures alignment but not on roof... strange

    It kinda looks like the lower roof eave is not in-line with the upper...it's extended out further.

    Hi ms Blair, thank's for your reply.

    The upper and lower planes are in line and to confirm it, I created a new plan with auto roof created. I tried to move the default roof texture offsets and nothing append. It seem to be roof texture bug.

    I did some experimenting with sloped roof (roofing) textures a couple of months ago and if my memory serves me correctly, I could not get the textures to move the way I expected them to. On the other hand, I was able to move them on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

    It might be worth a call to Tech Support to find out if there is some way to move the textures on roof planes.
