Unidentified flying framing, V.10

What causes this?

I cannot find which wall this way-outside-the-model framing is associated with, and therefore I cannot remove it.

Go to an all on layer set,,,, check out each floor for that wall,,, delete it,,, rebuild wall framing. Just a plain old shut down and restart may get rid of it.
If the above doesn’t get it,,, go to the edit menu,,, delete items, all floors,, wall framing,,, take a look.
