Stretching windows to join at a corner

In V10 holding ctrl allowed windows to be pulled together at corners. I cannot seem to be able to do this in X1.
Could someone point me to the secret cupboard with the new way of doing this.

Sorry folks - I sorted it myself. It seems I just wasnt being violent enough with mouse - I was using a steady slow drag when it required a short sharp drag to avoid the standard stop point.
