    Exclamation Flipping Windows

I'm a new chief user so I could use some help on something that's probably very obvious to most of you. I tried seaching past threads already.

I just want to flip a window. I'm copying it from a different location and pasting it. The wall is facing the right direction.

    Any advice is appreciated.

I'm doing that... it's still facing the wrong way.

    Any other thoughts?

    Mike,

How can you tell it is facing the wrong way? Do you have a closed room? Is it labeled? If this still does not work, try unconnecting the walls and then reconnect and then put in a new window.

make sure your wall has the layers in the correct orientation

You can select the wall and then the flip layers tool.

I've attached a plan view. The problem windows are the three on the left side of the porch facing the slab.

I'm guessing that chief thinks that they are windows from the slab maybe? But the wall layers around the porch are correct.

    Mike:

Break one of the wall connections for the slab so that you lose room definition.

Then place the porch windows, then reconnect the slab "room"
