A roof like that is done with multiple roof sections, if you set Chief
up with the first two pitches you can autobuild the first two sections
on each side...First select an eave wall Hold down the shift key and
selct the rest of the eave walls. Then open the dbx for them and go to
the roof tab, for the pitch enter the value you desire for the first
pitch, then check the box for upper pitch and enter a value for it,
enter the ht you want the sections to join at...I'm assuming you are
working in metric since you posted you used a pitch of 15° in your
initial post...I.E. first pitch 20°, the second at 15° and the start of
the second pitch could be a meter over the wall...depending on how well
defined you want the curve, and how sharp of a curve you want ...the
more sections (narrower) the closer it will be to a curve. After you
autobuild the roofs the upper sections of the roof will extent up to the
peak, drag it back down and use a narrower width. Then select it, make
a copy, hold down the ctrl key, move your cursor over the move handle in
the center of the section, click and drag the copy up the roof, open its
dbx. Copy the ridge ht, then change the pitch (to a lower value to make
an arch) then lock the pitch and paste the copied ridge ht into the
fascia ht, then select this section and drag it back until it butts
into the original section that you copied. Continue up the roof like
this copying the last section and moving it up. When you get to the
top, shift+select the sections on the first side and open the dbx for
them, enter 1 in the Replicate box, check move relative to itself, check
polar, enter the distance you want to move it, the direction you want
it to move(0° is right on the screen, 90°=up, 180°=left, 270°=down).
Check the set angle box and to rotate it for the opposite side enter
180°. If you have entered the values correctly these roof section will
be copied, and located onto the opposite side of the bldg...rebuild f&c

Here is a sample plan of a T-shaped building with curved roofs
intersecting that you can disect to see how I did this:
