terrain features overlapped in wrong order

I've got a couple terrain features that are overlapped. I've got a walkway and what will eventually be a sandbox:



The walkway is supposed to be overtop the sandbox, but I made the mistake of creating the walkway first. I've been trying various ways to put the sandbox on top of the walkway (like "move to front" and "polyline subtract"), but with no luck. How would you tell CA to put the sandbox overtop the walkway?

move the one under up 1/16"...or move the one you want under -1/16"

...or use the Clipping option for the terrain feature.
