Basement pony wall height
In 9.54 I'm revising an old plan for a new grade situation...looking in elevation (side elevation, daylight basement) everytime I try to move the lower conc. portion of the pony wall higher of lower it snaps back to the original location...trying to move it with dimensions does the same thing...the upper portion of the pony wall no problem...suggestions....t.i.a.
