stairs around 2 sides of a landing
I have an outdoor landing with 3 sides. 1 side is the railing and the other 2 have stairs/steps. Some time back someone had the same situation and I cannot find the thread to create the stairs on 2 sides and join at 45 degrees. Can someone help? ty

I cant figure out how to get rid of the newel at the corner. Could some one please elaborate. Basically built as per above thread. Thanks in advance. I've tried control drag with the edges of the doorways. I have a 1/16" wall at the angle at both deck elevations.

Dan,
In the picture of the linked thread, I didn't have doorways cut into the railing. The railing stops on each side of the steps, and invisible walls connect.Last edited by ambrozac; 06-04-2006 at 09:24 PM.

Cliff, thanks for the reply. Certainly makes sense. That's my one thing to learn for the day. I guess I can sleep walk the rest of the day. Thanks again
