    That's what I was getting at...yep

    A railing - is a railing...with ballutsters, newels and all that....although you can make them solid in CA...It doesn't funtion as a wall in CA. A full wall pulled down in section still acts as a wall...but looks like a CA solid railing.

    So if I grab the top of a wall it will pull down?Think I need to eat more,my arms just get tired.
