    Another @#%*#@ Raised Ranch

Would any one care to explain as to how to obtain an even distant from the garage floor on the right down to the basement and the same distant up to the main floor in these "Raised Ranches"

I have been changing floor heights long enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I get done with the lower level I will need a 42" "Pony Wall" in the lower level to get some egress windows in place, this considering the garage height needs to be the correct height.

    Thank You VERY Much

    David

Tim, THANK YOU EVER SO KINDLY !!!!!!!!!!!

I have been chasing my tail on this all night adjusting house floor levels.

    2 things:

    1) you are saying to change the "Garage" and NOT the house floor levels for best results?
If I add terain, I can make those height adjustments later.....

    2) After seeing this example, This is the fastest way to generate a Split Level? it seems to be.........

Just draw the plan as a regular house and drop the garage floor and the top of the foundation where I need it to be and maintain my 36" frost wall, is this fair to say?

Then adjust my Pony Walls after the fact......

Hey Tim, Why do you and I have different Diag Boxes?
I am running 9.54 on win xp

    Thanks Again

    David

    Hi Raymond,

    Nope,
I double clicked in my garage in plan view and this box comes up, it says "Room Specifacation" - "Garage"

I know this is small (I have been trying to get my .jpg larger but PhotoBucket keeps turning this pic into a .bmp)

You can see the "Molding" Tab and so on.

    David,

I think this is a clearer picture. If you want to look at a small plan to look at settings go here.
