leaking skylight

This has been bugging me for a while. WHen a skylight is placed in a cathederal ceiling you can see through the roof below the skylight in a 3D view IF "square sides" is selected in the dbx. The other options display fine. Am I the only one with this problem? I think it is a bug.

If what your saying is that the skylight has narrow gaps at the perimeter then your not the only one. In my case I could see some sky from an interior view. Not exactly what your clients want to see.

Don't do many skylights in snow country but I just added some to a conceptual design a little over a week ago. Haven't had time to go back and take a closer look or report it yet.
