Bob,
I would take your screenshot and paste it into a photo editor program. I personally use Microsoft Photo Editor. Save that as a .jpg file. Then You'll need to upload the picture to an online photo storage service such as Photobucket. I use photobucket, had no problems, and it's FREE!
Once uploaded to the storage service, you'll need the internet link to the picture and you can use the "IMG" button in this forum's toolbar for posting. Paste the link into the dbx that appears, and voila, it should be in.
