undisclosed shortcut
Accidentally found that if you draw a wall (left button) and tap the right button before releasing, it becomes an invisible wall.
What other undisclosed gems are there?

Mike:
Run this one by me one more time. If I try what I think you describe, (draw a wall, while the left button is still depressed tap the right button, then release) I end up with the wall still selected and have to hit left button again to finish.

I could not get it to create and invisible wall for me either. The program was not written to handle pressing more then one mouse button at a time. This is apparently random behaviour, not an undocumented feature.

Well here's one. When I tried it, It locks the wall in draw mode then click the right button to stop drawing the wall. Would not change it to invisable.

This is indead a standard windows trick. It's very handy when doing CAD witha touchpad too. In Chief, I use it edit area moves and other sensitive operations wehre getting it right without accidentally letting up on the mouse is important.
It would be nice to have this sorta stuff built into the next versions tho. IT's the kinda stuff that can save time/moves.

My machine behaved the way MpMcCormack's did. Think its a Windows function though.

That's disapppointing - I could not reproduce it today - even in the same plan location it worked earlier.
I have had a crash since then - it must have reset.
I use a lot of invisible walls - and it worked so well while it lasted.
Sorry guys and gals
Mike
