"A" Frame

I'm doing a very simple A Frame Cottage. And I keep getting a " CA has generated errors and I will have to restart program". The cause seems to be the placement of windows in the front. The first floor, the second floor ( which is Open to Below) and the gable is all glass. What is the proper way to do this. What I want is 17' of wall plus the gable (12/12 pitch) to take the windows.
