I wonder how the list is coming along. Wouldn't the list precede the development of the update?

    Dear Dermot minions,

Will files created using the 9.53 patch be readable by those still running 9.52?

I'm not Dermot, but the answer is yes. Plan files done in 9.53 can be read in 9.52.

    9.53 update

after update received an Assertion Error when printing from layout to HP Designjet 500. No errors when printing from plan. Printer was set up as a network printer. Set the printer up to IP print and problem gone.

If you ever receive an assertion error message please write down the .cpp module and line number and contact technical support.

An Assertion is a flag that we put in the code in places where we don't expect a situation to occur. If that situation does happen then we need to know about it so we can fix the problem. Simply reporting that you have an assert is like saying your car is making a noise when you drive it. The specifics of the assert tell us exactly where to look in the code and perhaps we can deduce what is happening and resolve the issue.

Worked here. You have to turn down security to load a PDF.

    Thanks Dan,
