Dimension Labels

How do you get the Dimension Labels to appear on TOP of dimension lines?

I know you can do this manually, but is there a default or preference that I can go to so that it automatically set the Dimension Labels on TOP of dimension line?

Double click on the "Ruler" Icon, click on the setup tab, then clock on "Number Above Line"
