Long lag time in X6

Curious to see if anyone else is having extremely long lag times of 2-4 seconds after clicking on a wall for editing and the time the handles actually show up and allow editing? I'm working on a very small remodeling plan that doesn't contain a foundation, roof, or terrain. I sent it to support with no valid answer back. I never experienced this in X5 or any other previous versions.
