it is illegal to sell older versions if they have been upgraded

you may find a legal license that can be transferred here or on EBAY

with EBAY you can setup a search and get an email whenever an auction starts

I guess I should have been more clear...I definitely understand once an older version license has been upgraded the license follows that owner and the version they are using. What I am asking for is an old 9.5 version that isn't being used and the license can be transferred. Sorry for any confusion.
