Arched Brick Soldier Over Door!!!!!!!!

How do I put an arched brick soldier coarse over a door with a keystone in X5? I also need to place this treatment over the windows. I have been researching this for 4 hours now. I simply drew lines over the windows but, the arch has me stumped. Any help would be much appreciated. This is a very common customer request for us and I need a solution fast. We will be updating to X6 very soon if that makes any difference.

Have you checked in the Library Core/Architectural/Millwork/Mantels/Arched - Segmental w/Keystone. This may be what you are looking for!

That is similar to what I am looking for but, how do I add it to a door and how do I get it to adjust its size per door or window? Is there a way to edit a copy of it in the event I just want place it in my elevation?
