The time on posts are off

Does everyone see that posting times are being logged in after 2:00pm today and its only 9:47an New York time.

Posts are logged internally in GMT - They are displayed based on the time zone settings of your computer. I see your post as 6:49 while you say it's 9:47 - I'm in Pacific time zone so that's correct.

Check you system clock/time zone settings

on my end the screen shows it differently and I checked my computer's clock and its correct.
