Problems with X-6

I've been having alot of problems with X-6.....can't create frost wall properly, dimensions overlapping, work NOT saving, windows on schedule but not on elevations ( windows hidden under windows on elevations hence 2 windows on schedule). There are alot of functions I like with X-6 but I'm spending too much time looking for fixes to things that always worked on previous versions. Tech Support has been quick to respond but I haven't received an answer that works...I at a lost, I've been using CA for 12 years and never had problems like this..
Is it my system...are there more preferences I'm not seeing.

Quickest way would be to post a plan, I am seeing lots of nigly little things that dont seem to work as well as previous versions but none of what you are seeing
