easy enough to set when drawing the floor

This is one reason why I have been advocating for room locks (and wall locks and floor locks)
etc for years and years and years

once I have a room or floor etc set and I place a lock
I would appreciate that Chief issue a warning before changing MY work

it is a real PITA to have to keep verifying that my settings haven't been messed with
