Open the window dbx. Under the "Lintel and Sill" tab, uncheck "use sill"

How do I open the dbx? Will unchecking this give me the picture frame look?

dbx= dialogue box. Select the window and "open" it. And I don't want to sound like an ass, but no that won't give you want you're looking for. I just said it for no reason at all : )

Thank you for the picture but when I do that I don't the picture frame like pattern in the middle of the window like what is in the picture that I attached. Any suggestions?

Michael told you how to get your casing correct, but it now seems you are looking for your "grilles" on the glass. These are termed "lites". Open the window dbx as Michael instructed, but go to the lites tab and make your changes.
I believe a quick tour through the users manual would help you....maybe even the help files.
Terminology is everything when you want good answers. Make sure you are asking the right question with the right terminology and help will be much easier to provide...Mike Gabriel
