Windows & Other
So I have two questions here. First my window...I was able to mull the bottom two together nicely and the top two but when I try and mull the top to the bottom, I am getting too big of a mullion between the two. I want it to look like the top and bottom windows.
Second question- Can't figure out why the substrate is showing where the wall and roof meet. I am using sloped soffits to create the decorative beams but I don't think that is the problem. Any ideas???

Space your top/bottom windows to the desired amount before mulling.

1. Save your plan file and CLOSE IT.
2. Zip your plan file. If you don't know how to do that, I usually just right click on it and "send to>compressed folder".
3. While in Chieftalk below the quick response window select "go advanced".
4. Select "manage attachments" and upload your zipped .plan fileMichael

There is a section in defaults for spacing between windows/doors. Once you set that it should "bump" to that dimension. I have mine setup for (2) trimmers vertical and horizontal (since I don't typically mull my windows), unless I need a certain sub-header size on large window configurations. That is not a problem you have in your example.
If, however, you are mulling the two SH, and the two clerestory - and not all (4) windows, its going to end up looking more like what you have in your example. I say that since it appears you are mulling those windows horizontally.X5

You might look into using Dropbox for sharing larger files. They have a free version online.

You can also try deleting all the unnecessary stuff (and save under a different name) before attaching .

I opened up your plan to take a look. First the window issue...
I think maybe you're just mulling them wrong. See my attached screenshot. You can only mull 2 of those windows at a time. Select either the ones that are side by side or the ones that are stacked on top of each other and mull each of those pairs. Now select each of the mulled pairs and mull those. You should get what you're looking for.
The ceiling issue. Not sure exactly what you're after, but if you change the setting I circled in the second attached screenshot I believe it will do the trick.Michael
