    Standard Polyline Overlaps Itself

Can someone tell me how this giant circle helps me in any way to find where I have this polyline overlap? I can't find it anywhere in either of the two closed, hatched polylines that show in this plan. If there is going to be this circle, shouldn't it zero in and indicate more clearly where the problem is?

I tried Kevin's intersection tip on this, but it doesn't seem to work.

    Bryce,

Do you think that posting the plan might help?

Maybe. Will try and remember tomorrow. Thanks. Just thought I might be missing something with this new "feature".

Looks like it could be a polyline for the tiling?

Just too big to zip, even when I removed a ton of stuff.

I agree, they need to narrow it down so you don't spend an hour looking for it.

You should have had a message pop up when it first happened. If you don't stop and fix it right then, it can be difficult to find at a later time.

Bryce.....You could use Dropbox to give access to your file if you still are looking for help from CheifTalk on this matter.

You would think so. But I've done six molding polylines in my first X6 project and 4 of those had mystery overlaps that never gave an error. I caught them in camera view, so I knew about where to look.

I would say look closely at this section.

    Looks suspicious to me.
