X6, custom window, cannot get 2D block to display within wall

I created an entry sidelite in Sketchup to go beside the custom door I had built, same way, and imported the sidelite symbol into X6 Chief as a custom window.

I can get the 3D display to work by setting the symbol's y-direction origin, but I cannot seem to get the 2D display, the CAD block, to go within the wall. No matter what.

Whichever block I choose in the symbol dialog, the block lays smack against the outer layer of the wall, and will not go inside the opening. Chief cuts the opening per the symbol spec size, but how does one get that block where needed?

Edit: I have another problem as regards frame depth. The model is built with a 6 9/16" frame depth, but the symbol installs in the wall with the frame depth equal to the total wall thickness. I am unable to change that thickness. Setting the "window" in the Y direction can only be done by editing the symbol origin. Nothing works within the window spec dialog.

Edit: Gave up, contacted support, sent it in under a ticket.
