Client viewer question...

I have a client, they downloaded client viewer, I sent them a BACK UP FILE (includes textures), can't they open my file and see all textures. They say that can't see some textures, i.e. grass, any explanation for this?

Check the folder you put everything in and see if you don't see the texture in question. Be sure that they are opening the plan from with-in the folder that has the plan file as well as the textures.
