    Rail not connecting to Newel

I have only noticed this in X6.
But for some reason my rail (top and bottom) is not connecting to the newel?
Anyone have any idea why this would be?

I would try a different newel post and see if, its that newel, that is giving you a problem.

    Perry,
You just made my day and ruined it in one fell swoop.
Changing newels completely fixed the problem...
The problem now is for the last year I have been running the other newel as a default.
I wonder if I can persuade chief to find the fix for that one newel post????
    Thanks for the help.

    Monte,

Check the Bounding Box size on that Newel. It might just be a lot bigger than the Newel Symbol itself.

A newel is a symbol, thus this may be a bounding box issue.
