    Need help with stairs

Using X6, trying to draw an existing stair. I've exhausted my brain here. Can anyone suggest how to get rid of the floating walls and adjust the solid railing at the landing? Attached is the screenshot, the reality I'm trying to get sort of close to, and the zip file. Thanks!

    dshall,
Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this. A couple of very good tips here. The fence type railing wall with no floor below was something that I never knew. The whole thing was supposed to be just a "vignette" of the existing living/kitchen area, but the stair walls were driving me nuts. I appreciate your salvaging some of my hair.
