Closet Door Design
Okay, let's try this again and hopefully not be heckled out of the building this time. I am doing a remodel for a lady who has really old closets. I suggested we close them in and add new bi fold doors but she insisted on keeping the closets the way they are. My question to this community is, have you ever come across a closet like this and how would you go about designing it? I've tried a few things but don't really like the results. Any positive feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.

I would just use a full height cabinet, and adjust if to suit the situation.

If its just a face frame, make the cabinet 1" deep.

You have my vote. Swing doors at bottom & bipass on top.

Yes but aren't those types of closets just a face frame and the interior is just walls. I done a ton of those.

Well guys, thank you for your time, help, and consideration, however... She's changed her mind yet again. I guess we're framing these suckers up and putting new doors on them. Thank you guys again!!!
