    Closet Door Design

Okay, let's try this again and hopefully not be heckled out of the building this time. I am doing a remodel for a lady who has really old closets. I suggested we close them in and add new bi fold doors but she insisted on keeping the closets the way they are. My question to this community is, have you ever come across a closet like this and how would you go about designing it? I've tried a few things but don't really like the results. Any positive feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.Click image for larger version.

I would just use a full height cabinet, and adjust if to suit the situation.

If its just a face frame, make the cabinet 1" deep.

My first thought was a cabinet, but then I like the stack door approach. The reason the wall and stack door approach is you can choose a bifold door at bottom and sliding door at top.

    I vote for door approach.

You have my vote. Swing doors at bottom & bipass on top.

Yes but aren't those types of closets just a face frame and the interior is just walls. I done a ton of those.
