    If you intend to use the CA materials list with Quickbooks then you can export the materials to an Excel file format, specifically XML or CSV then import it into Quickbooks. (Excel formats are supported by Quickbooks Source: http://quickbooks.intuit.com/pro/compare). The only issue I could see is that if Quickbooks only supports .xls or .xlsx then you may need to open the exported XML or CSV in Excel, then save it as a .xls or .xlsx file.
