Looking for older version for sale

Wondering if anyone is looking to sell an older version of Chief? I do not need the latest and greatest but I do need the ablilty to get things on paper for building permits. Please let me know and thanks much!

Please be aware that it is illegal for someone to sell their older version if they have already upgraded it to the latest version. Older versions can only be sold if the owner has not upgraded it and they no longer wish to use it.

You can contact customer service to verify that they are selling you a legal version. If you purchase a legal version, I would also encourage you to transfer the license so that it is in your name. The license transfer fee is usually only $50 (unless the person is trying to sell a discounted second license in which case the transfer fee can be higher.).
