Library file permissions on downloaded content

We're working in a Win7 client/Server 2008 AD environment with student individual logins. Chief works fine until students download library catalogues. When content is added the system gives exclusive permission to the individual on the downloaded library. When the next student logs in and opens Chief the program immediately quits. If we rename the catalogue (Bonus, for example) and launch the program we're back in business. But, we have to do this every time new libraries are added. Thanks for any suggestions.

I would contact tech support. If I had to guess, this is probably a unique situation since you are probably using a student version.
