Sending plan to customer to open with viewer and the exterior materials are not there

I exported the plan including all the materials just like the tutorial said. Anybody have any idea what I'm missing.

I assume you created a folder in advance to send the information to right? I would zip that folder with everything in it and send it to him/her. They need to unzip the folder first before opening the plan AND they need to open the plan from within the folder. Everything needs to be in that folder or Chief will not see the textures. Be sure YOU see all the textures in the folder.

Customer didn't have everything inside folder. Tried to open it from email instead of saving it first. It works now.
