Stuff I wish I could control with annosets...
Along with revision clouds, I think I might like to control the auto dimension layer. Sometimes I think it's quicker to auto dim and subtract than it is to manually dim, and auto avoids the risk of accidentally grabbing the wrong layer.

I think you need to be specific, how do you want to control the revision clouds. I assume you know you can control which layer they go on. But maybe you want to control what layer they go on depending upon the anno set you are using. If that is the case, I agree with you.

D, yup, thass what I meant. I don't want to control any layer settings manually as a default. I want everythings layer settings to be controlled by annosets. From time to time I may want to override it, but if I find I'm overriding it frequently, I probably need to adjust my annosets. Not just revision clouds, not just auto dims - everything. I think. But alt least rev clouds and I'm pretty sure auto dims. Is there a reason why I'd want anything not controllable? Ican always choose to live with the OOB setting, but why wouldn't I want to be able to change it?
And I wish annosets would stay linked to the the layout view.Matt Kennedy
