    Logitech Performance Mouse MX ?

I'm not sure what's is going on all of a sudden. I have a Logitech MX mouse. I closed out X5 about an hour ago because I had to do some running around. I now have opened it back up and my mouse buttons are all screwed up. I have no Pan where as before I would just press hold my right button to Pan. To zoom all I would do is turn the center wheel. Now I have to press it and then I get a "zoom +" window to zoom in or out. Autoscrolling using the mouse wheel ins't working either. There are other things with the mouse that aren't working right without getting into a whole lot of detail. Did I unknowingly hit a icon somewhere? I'm going nuts. When I click on some dimensions they will only move up or down one snap distance. I don"t know why or what's causing that either, but even if I hold down the "control" key I'm not able to move the dimension pass this unknown "snap point". All I know is I closed out X5 and when I reopened it the mouse is %*$# up! I showing my lack of computer knowledge for sure, but ANY any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Joe...........Rebooting did the trick. Sometimes it's the little things that freak me out. I don't have my "Pan" function back in X5 yet, but if the Sun rises I'll figure it out. Thanks againand have a great day.

I have an Anywhere MX mouse and had similar problems. I did some research and found that there were problems with the mouse wearing out prematurely. I thought I had a computer virus before I narrowed the problem down. I liked the mouse well enough that I bought another one, and everything is good.

Bob........Everything seems to be working propertly now after rebooting. If it happens to quickly again maybe I'll have to look into a new mouse. Have a great day.

Generally when this happens, it's a problem with the Logitech mouse driver getting "disconnected." You usually don't have to reboot, just start the Logitech mouse software and click "OK".
