    Line intersection?

Is there a way to have the line intersection of 2 or more polylines show? In Sketchup there is an intersection command that does that - but can't think of a way to do in Chief.

Use solids. Convert your polyline solids to regular solid objects. Then notch them the way they would be in real life using 3D boolean operations.

    No need to notch them.
Once you have converted your Polyline Solids to Solids, group select them all and use the Boolean " Get Union (or merge) of 2 or more solids".

Not only will the joint lines display, you will also have all the pergola members acting as 1 unit, sort of like a symbol.
This means that you can move it around easily as a single unit.

See the before and after images below.
