    Pass Thru

I am framing the front porch pass thru and opening so that I can frame the roof out to that point.
I need to have my footer and stem out to that point as seen in the attached drawing.
There is no other way to do this, correct?

If you are referring to the couple glitches in the corner, I just set the attic wall "stop at ceiling" and then moved the wall over in elevation. I also just moved the roof downward in elevation - per a video Scott showed me with similar issues.

Perhaps I don't fully understand what you are asking - so I realize this may not be your question.

If you are talking about the porch, I just made sure all surfaces were concrete - changed from "porch" to "slab" room...
