Problem importing .DWG files from Thermador site-

I am able to download and import the .DWG files from the following site: http://thermador.com/trade/cad-files...ngetops&query=

However, the textures/materials for the 3D symbols does not import.

I do not have this problem with other catalogs (Viking ect)

I am fairly new to CA so I have little doubt that am I doing something wrong.

    Using X5 64 bit on Windows 7

Attached picture with two appliances missing textures-

I usually import dwg into SketchUp. Do any cleaning/texturing/maintenance, then export as 3DS. Your other option is ask Thermador (very politely) to output their library in a format usable to you.
